In 1:1 coaching, we will partner on creating your ultimate health roadmap in weekly sessions. Through my unique lens of health coaching and my expertise in nutrition, we will identify your health goals and come up with a comprehensive plan to achieve them through diet and lifestyle modifications.

I will be your biggest cheerleader and your source of accountability, as well as providing education and guidance tailored to your specific needs.

Workshops are my educational offerings to the community. They take place on a monthly basis and are centered around various nutrition and wellness related topics. Some past topics have been on the importance of eating a colorful diet, and an in depth explanation of the 3 key dietary macronutrients. These will be offered both in person and on Zoom.
